Robert Gray (Chair)
 |
|
Robert Gray was appointed to the board on 30 August 2007. Previously a director of Positively Wellington Business, Robert has served on the boards of private, sports and government organisations. He also has considerable experience as a CEO of both New Zealand and multi-national companies. |
| Robert currently sits on a number of other boards including The Wellington Rugby Football Union and Hurricanes Ltd. |

Jane Black

Jane Black was appointed to the Board in January 2010.
Jane has had an ongoing involvement in the Wellington waterfront project for 20 years, in various roles starting as the planner responsible for its implementation and later as Chair and member of the various forms of the design monitoring groups. |

Cr Justin Lester
|
Justin Lester is a current Wellington City Councillor, representing the Northern Ward. Justin was appointed to the Board on 29 June 2011. He has a strong background in asset and property management services, including senior roles at two of the largest providers of global commercial real estate services. |
Most recently, he served as a Director of Property and Asset Management Services at Jones Lang LaSalle. Previous roles include being an Executive Member of the Wellington branch of the Property Council of New Zealand and being an Associate Director, Asset Services for CB Richard Ellis. During his time at CB Richard Ellis, he received the National Managing Director’s Choice award and the Australia / New Zealand Young Leader award.
Justin is a co-founder of Kapai New Zealand (a retail chain of three food outlets). He has a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of Heidelberg (Germany) and is a board member of Capital Football. |
Derek McCorkindale

Derek McCorkindale was appointed to the Board on 1 July 2011.
Derek is a consultant with over 30 years experience in banking and finance. He is a former Director of Structured Finance for BNZ’s Corporate and Institutional Banking group and was a Credit Controller in the BNZ Risk Division for a number of years. He provides financial and risk advice to a number of NZ financial institutions. |

Derek is currently a director of the New Zealand Export Credit Office, Oxford Finance Corporation Ltd and the finance subcommittee of the New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. Derek has a Master of Science in Business Studies (MBA equivalent) from the London Graduate School of Business Studies. |
