Chief Executive - Ian Pike

Ian was appointed Chief Executive on 1 June 2005. For the previous 15 months, Ian was the Commercial Manager for the company, leading its Development Project Team, and has a commitment to the principles and objectives of the Wellington Waterfront Framework, especially that it remain a "place for people".

Project Manager - Michael Faherty
| Michael joined the team at Wellington Waterfront Limited (WWL) as a Project Manager on 3 March 2008. Among other things, Michael will be overseeing the development of Kumutoto Sites 8, 9 and 10.

Financial Accountant - Kirstin Gardiner
Kirstin joined Wellington Waterfront in November 2005. In the previous 12 years, Kirstin has undertaken accounting responsibilities for various small businesses in Wellington but was originally trained as a physiotherapist in late 1970s. She changed career in the mid 1980s to ride the wave of the share market boom and worked in a merchant bank in the money market/futures division. There, Kirstin discovered a hitherto untapped passion for numbers and retrained as an accountant in the early 1990s.
Kirstin's primary role for the company is supporting accounting functions and general accounting duties including payroll, GST, PAYE, maintenance of debtors and creditors, monthly reconciliations, monthly Board and management reporting. Property Manager - Allan Brown

Allan joined Wellington Waterfront in January 2009. He comes from an extensive manufacturing background, as owner of Metallion and Formway Furniture specialising in street and seating furniture. In his previous businesses he made many of the items of street furniture that grace Wellington's waterfront today. |
Allan's role is responsible for the infrastructure and facilities that allow for the operation of a diverse range of business and activities on the waterfront and ensures the waterfront is safe, clean, efficient and well maintained.
The waterfront consists of 50+ tenancies and waterfront businesses. All WWL's contracts with suppliers of goods and services such as tradespeople and maintenance contractors form part of his brief as well as the managing of special restoration and maintenance projects. Project Manager - Andrew Howie

Andrew is a Project Manager who joined Wellington Waterfront Ltd in Octoer 2005. He has recently completed the Meridian building, Kumutoto public spaces and Shed 13 refurbishment projects.
Andrew is currently involved with the following projects:
- Overseas Passenger Terminal Redevelopment
- Taranaki Street Wharf West and Wharewaka
- Frank Kitts Park and Chinese Garden
- Queens Wharf Precinct and Outer-T

Executive Assistant - Maria Mouroukis

Maria joined the Company in March 1995 initially filling the role of Administration Assistant, on a three month contract. At the end of this contract, the position was offered to Maria on a permanent basis and she officially became a staff member of the company. In December 1999 Maria was appointed Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
Maria has a wide background in the secretarial field. She was personal assistant to three executives for six years in the 1980's for Salmond & Spraggon Ltd, followed by another six year stint within the cinema industry for the Wellington Regional Manager.
As Executive Assistant Maria's primary role is to support the Chief Executive; co-ordinating appointments, liaising with the Company Directors and preparing documentation for Board meetings. She facilitates the smooth operation of the Chief Executive's office and is an active member of the Wellington Waterfront Team. Administration Officer - John Tiller

John has been with the company since its inception in 1987 when he worked on secondment from the Wellington Harbour Board. He was employed directly by the company when the Board was disestablished in October 1989.
Joining the Wellington Harbour Board in 1971, John has worked in the Queens Wharf area ever since. During the course of 1986 he acted as the liaison between waterfront Joint Venture partners Wellington Harbour Board and Wellington City Council and the team of 13 responsible for devising the original Concept Plan. John became more involved with the project in an administrative capacity and this became his primary role with the Board.
John is responsible for record maintenance, research, accounting administration and assistance with lease, legal and marina share transfer matters.
