Chaffers Marina

Looking for somewhere to tie up your boat when you visit Wellington?

Chaffers Marina

Chaffers Marina is a world-class floating marina, with a prime location next to Te Papa in the inner harbour. The Marina is licensed to private berth holders (shareholders in Chaffers Marina Holdings Ltd) with WWL retaining a passive interest.

Completed in 1993, the marina offers facilities and services for both visiting vessels and private berth owners.

Berth sizes currently range from 10 metres to 20 metres.  Located in deep water, the marina is protected by a floating breakwater and is attached to the Overseas Passenger Terminal wharf.  Berths are available for lease – long-term or just a few days or weeks – as well as to purchase. Click here for more info.

  • Power and water on each pier
