Freyberg Pool and Fitness Centre

Freyberg Pool and Fitness Centre features a heated indoor pool, spas, sauna, steam room, fitness centre and aerobics studio.

Keeping fit at Freyberg

Lane swimming and aquajogging are available daily from 6am-9pm. Massage therapists and personal trainers are also available for individual appointments.

Open seven days a week, 6am-9pm, closed Christmas Day and reduced hours on public holidays. The pool is not available for public use on Fridays from 5:30pm during the school term. Freyberg Pool is 33 metres in length.

Both peak and off-peak membership rates are available at the Freyberg Fitness Centre.
