Mobility Scooters

Thanks to the generosity of TSB Bank, we have two free mobility scooters available for use on the waterfront.

The scooters are available for loan by any waterfront visitor with a mobility problem.

They can be borrowed from Fergs Kayaks at Shed 6 on Queens Wharf, which is open seven days.  All you have to do is leave a valuable, such as a credit card, as a bond and you can borrow the battery-powered mobility scooters for up to four hours.

Scooters can also be borrowed from Freyberg Pool and the City Council's Civic Offices.
